Duct insulation – Receive 50 percent of cost, up to $100 for electric or gas heated homes. In order to receive the incentive, the service
must be performed by an Energy Trust of Oregon trade ally contractor.
Duct sealing – Electric or gas heated homes can get up to $400 ($1 per CFM reduction). An Oregon Energy Tax Credit of 25 percent is also
available up to $250.
Air sealing – Receive up to $400 ($1 per CFM reduction) or electric or gas heated homes. A blower door test is required.
Bonus incentives – Currently Energy Trust is offering multiple measure bonus packages.
Solar electric systems
– Residents can get up to $10,000 for installing a solar electric system.
Solar water heating
– Residents can get up to $1,500 and businesses can get up to 35 percent of the installation cost.
ENERGY STAR homes – When you purchase an ENERGY STAR qualified home built through Energy Trust’s ENERGY STAR New Homes program, you will come
home to improved comfort, greater efficiency and lower energy costs.
Time of Use option – This billing option can save you money if you can switch a significant amount of your energy use to off-peak hours (nights
and weekends).
