Our online service requests make it easy to start, stop or transfer electric service for your home or rental property. You
can also update your account information. Here are some things to keep in mind before you submit your request:

The application to start electric service needs to be submitted at least
two business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) prior to the date you would like your service started or transferred.

Regulatory requirements may prohibit starting service under specific circumstances.

If your electric meters are inaccessible, whether they are on or off, we will need access to them to start service in your
name.

Service will remain in your name until you notify us to stop service by completing the online application below or calling
us at 1-888-221-7070.

If a deposit is required, we will contact you.
