• Multiple users can view the same account from different locations
• Bank account information is only viewable to customer’s designated accounts payable representative
• Monthly bill notifications are sent via e-mail to all users
• 12 months of bill and payment history is available
• Capability to download bill data for further manipulation, reporting and charting
• Table of contents feature for quick access to specific bill data on multiple page bills
• Ability to download a paper bill from the system for external storage
