The Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission approved changes to our FinAnswer Express and Energy FinAnswer programs, effective October 30, 2009. Updated program information and brochures can be found at the links below.

Take advantage of our technical assistance and cash incentives to help build energy-efficient new construction and retrofit projects. We also offer incentives to curtail energy use at certain times.

Energy FinAnswer
We offer cash incentives to help you upgrade your commercial or industrial heating, cooling, refrigeration, compressed air, lighting, pumping or industrial process to the most energy-efficient system available.

FinAnswer Express
We provide incentives for lighting, premium-efficiency motors and HVAC equipment upgrades that increase your electric energy efficiency and exceed code requirements for both retrofits and new construction/major renovation.

Energy Exchange
Energy Exchange is a voluntary load curtailment program designed for customers with one or more megawatts of connected load. It helps address energy market circumstances when a reduction in regional energy use is needed.
