PORTLAND, Ore. -- Judi Johansen, president and CEO of PacifiCorp, announced today that she will leave the company after the
completion of its sale to MidAmerican Energy Holdings Company in 2006.
Johansen, who joined the company in December 2000, said today, “This is a personal decision, which was made recently. The
reason for my decision is to spend more quality time with my family. The decision has been an extremely difficult one as I
have thoroughly enjoyed being part of PacifiCorp.
“In making my decision, I concluded that the close of the transaction will be the best time to transition out of my role as
president and CEO of PacifiCorp,” she added.
