Natalie Hocken named Pacific Power general counsel

Pacific Power announced today that Natalie Hocken will become general counsel for Pacific Power, assuming responsibility for all company legal matters effective Jan. 1, 2007.

Hocken joined the company in 2002 and has held the positions of lead counsel and assistant general counsel in its office of general counsel.

Also effective Jan. 1, 2007, Lara Skidmore, assistant general counsel, Pacific Power, will become associate general counsel. She will assume responsibility for all Pacific Power transmission and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission compliance activities.

Andy Haller, senior vice president and general counsel, PacifiCorp and Pacific Power, will retire from the company. Haller joined the company in 2001.

"We are pleased to have Natalie continue with the company as general counsel," said Pat Reiten, president of Pacific Power. "At the same time, we wish Andy Haller all the best in his retirement and thank him for his hard work and dedication to the company over the years."

Prior to joining the company, Hocken was an attorney with the law firms of LeBoeuf Lamb Greene & MacRae LLP and Heller Ehrman LLP. Skidmore joined the company in 2003 and has held the positions of lead counsel and assistant general counsel. Prior to joining the company, she worked as an attorney in the office of general counsel for the Bonneville Power Administration.
