- More refined industrial site evaluation
- Complete design of the industrial park on paper with the infrastructure phased and laid-out with all costs defined by phase
- Identify parcels by use (industrial, commercial, business park, etc.)
- Analyze development costs to determine if the park is economically feasible
- Provide potential development options
- Assist with target industries selection
