Calabasas Landfill Microturbine Gas-to-Energy Facility 

According to the Sanitation Districts of Los Angeles County, the Calabasas Landfill uses the gas in combustion turbines to produce a 9 MW capacity, which is delivered through the grid for use at all District's wastewater facilities. This low emissions plant is establishing new, lower air-emission standards.
