Gorge Energy Division

SDS Lumber is a family-owned company in Bingen, Washington that uses its mill to maximize the amount of lumber and veneer recovered from a single log. However, leftover residues inevitably exist. After selling sawdust and wood chips to paper companies, it uses bark and other wood waste to create renewable energy by fueling a steam plant.
