Blue Sky QS
Businesses also have a second option:
This is a program for businesses that want to make large wind energy purchases at a reduced cost. With Blue Sky QS, you get a "Quantity Savings" for buying at least 101 blocks of Blue Sky per month. The cost starts at $1.94 per 100 kilowatt-hours and is based on a sliding scale. The more you buy, the less the per unit (block) cost.

For homes and businesses
Customers in California can support wind energy in 100-kilowatt hour increments, called blocks, for just $1.95 more per month than basic service. Pacific Power buys renewable energy certificates on your behalf equal to your Blue Sky purchase and helps develop community based renewable energy projects in the communities we serve.
Blue Sky QS for businesses
This is a program for businesses that want to make large wind purchases at a reduced rate. With Blue Sky QS, you get "Quantity Savings" for buying at least 101 blocks of Blue Sky per month for a period of one year (or more). The cost starts at $1.94 per 100 kilowatt-hours and is based on a sliding scale. The more you buy, the less the per unit (block) cost.
