2011 Funding Application Process - The 2011 application process is closed (check back in 2012)

Step 1: Carefully review all program information and application requirements provided on the website.

Step 2: Download the 2011 application.

  • Complete the application in detail while carefully considering eligibility, evaluation and selection criteria. Be sure to provide a detailed, accurate budget; if a project is offered funding, any changes made to the budget after that time will be subject to Blue Sky review and may be considered ineligible for reimbursement.
  • Use Microsoft Word to complete the application form. Please submit one copy of the application in .doc format.
  • Please provide accurate, current contact information for both the project sponsor and the proposed developer/contractor and/or engineer/designer. We may contact you for further details about your project.
  • Supporting materials may be submitted with your application or under a separate cover, including any photographs, cut sheets, schematics, drawings, narratives or other information you consider useful in the evaluation of your project.
  • Submit the application package by July 1, 2011. Applicants may contact us with questions via e-mail, but this will not serve as a substitute for a completed application. Applications and any supporting materials may be submitted by mail, express carrier, fax or e-mail to:

Step 3: Your application package will be reviewed by company representatives and our renewable energy consultants. 

Step 4: All applicants will receive a written notice of the status of their application.

Step 5: Applicants selected for funding will receive a letter communicating the level of funding we are able to extend to their project. Project sponsors will be asked to sign an agreement detailing the conditions and requirements of accepting Blue Sky funds.

Step 6: Award payment is made by Pacific Power once project is complete and all reporting requirements and conditions are met (see above).
