The United Community Action Network (UCAN) plans to install a 23.94 kilowatt solar project on their Martha Young Family Service Center and anticipates they will be the first Community Action Agency in Oregon to integrate solar PV into their buildings. The project will be integrated into an energy conservation technology training program provided by UCAN.
