Pacific Power offers $3,000 reward to help catch wire thieves

Pacific Power, working with Lincoln County law enforcement officials, is offering a $3,000 reward for information leading to the arrest, prosecution and conviction of individuals responsible for a series of wire thefts that have occurred since mid-November.
