Camp Reed Wind Park

Completed in 2010, Camp Reed Wind Park features 15 1.5MW turbines with a combined capacity of 22.5MW. The wind farm is located near Hagerman, Idaho in Elmore County and provides an estimated $112,500 in local tax revenue every year.

Camp Reed is part of the Idaho Wind Partners project, a 183 MW series of 11 wind parks near Twin Falls, Idaho which constitutes Idaho’s largest wind energy development to date.  Developed by Exergy Development Group, the Idaho Wind Partners project spans 10,000 acres and consists of 122 1.5 MW turbines. An estimated 175 jobs were created during the construction of this project.
