Nesmith Readiness Center

The Oregon Army National Guard was selected in 2011 as one of nine groups worldwide to pilot the U.S. Army Net Zero Energy initiative, and is the only National Guard entity chosen.

The Nesmith Readiness Center in Dallas, Oregon will expand their existing 34.7 kW with an additional 85.7 kW of capacity. This project was selected for Blue Sky funding in 2015 and will contribute to meeting the Army's Net Zero strategy for sustainability and energy security.
