Rate Schedule for Public Water & Wastewater Agencies

Public Water or Wastewater Agencies in California May be Eligible to Sell Electricity to Pacific Power

Customers who qualify to be served on rate Schedule No. ERWW-1 (PDF) will be separately metered with Pacific Power metering to reflect the net generation output amounts of the Eligible Renewable Generating Facility.

To be served under this schedule, customers must obtain an interconnection agreement from Pacific Power's transmission department and are required to maintain this agreement for the term of the power purchase and sales agreement.

Metering must be installed and maintained according to Pacific Power's specifications. All metering and other costs associated with connecting to Pacific Power's electrical system are the customer's responsibility.

Customers currently participating in similar generation incentive programs, including, but not limited to, the self generation incentive, qualifying facility (QF), net metering or California Solar Initiative are not eligible.

Service under Schedule No. ERWW-1 is on a first-come-first-served basis. Once the combined rated generating capacity of eligible renewable generating facilities in Pacific Power's service area reaches 1,013 kilowatts, the schedule will be closed to new customers. As of April 2009, the unallocated amount is 1,013 kilowatts.
