Time of Use & Extended Daylight Saving Time

For general information on Time of Use or to enroll »

The 2005 Federal Energy Policy Act extended daylight saving time three weeks in the spring and one week in the fall beginning in 2007. For 2017, daylight saving time begins on March 12 and ends on November 5.

This change to the on-peak and off-peak time periods only affects you if you are on an electric Time of Use rate schedule. If you are not sure if you are on a Time of Use rate schedule, please call us at 1-888-221-7070.
