Sign up to have your bills paid automatically from your checking or savings account on the due date. Please note: Credit and debit cards cannot be used for automatic payments.

Here's how it works if you enroll online:

  • You receive an email when your bill is ready so you have plenty of time to review it before your payment is made.
  • Enrolling in automatic payments online through your checking or savings account also provides you with paperless billing, which is convenient, keeps electricity costs low and helps the environment. You can choose to print a copy of your bill from the website.
  • Your payment is made on the due date – saving you time, money and hassle.
  • You receive a payment confirmation email.
  • Please note: Once you sign up, automatic payments will take effect with your next bill. You'll still need to pay your current bill.
  • Automatic payments are in effect when you notice "RockyMtn/Pacific Power Bill Web" on your bank account and statement.

Here's how it works if you enroll by completing a paper application:

  • PDF Download the application and mail it to the address on the form. Please allow five business days to process your request.
  • Your payment is made on the due date – saving you time, money and hassle.
  • Please note: Once you sign up, automatic payments will take effect with your next bill. You'll still need to pay your current bill.
  • Automatic payments are in effect when you notice "RockyMtn/Pacific Power Bill PPD" on your bank account and statement.
