We know our product is critical to you. When you flip on a light switch, you expect the power to be there. So do we. That's why our service comes with guarantees. If for some reason, we can't live up to our commitment, we'll pay you.

To keep track of our improvement, we've also committed to seven performance standards.

Overall, from April 2008 to March 2009, we met our guarantees 99.9 percent of the time, companywide.
