SISKIYOU COUNTY, CA - Due to active wildfires near transmission and distribution lines, Pacific Power has de-energized the lines serving the Hamburg and Scott Bar area in Siskiyou County, for the safety of the public and emergency responders. The duration of the outage is unknown at this time, but customers should prepare for multiple days without power. Pacific Power will be closely monitoring fire activity in the area, and will turn power back on when it is safe to do so. Customers will receive regular updates on the emergency outage via email and text message.
