    Oregon bill discount

    Income-qualifying residential customers can get a discount on monthly bills through the Oregon Low-Income Discount (LID) program.

    Oregon Energy Fund

    We partner with Oregon Energy Fund, a nonprofit agency, to offer energy assistance to residents with donated funds. 

    To make a bigger impact, we match every dollar you donate to Oregon Energy Fund with $2 more, up to $144,000 annually. 

    State energy assistance

    Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) provides low-income households assistance with home energy costs.

    Oregon Energy Assistance Program (OEAP) also provides energy assistance funding.

    Low-income weatherization program

    Local agencies provide free weatherization services to income-qualifying homeowners and renters living in single-family homes, mobile homes or apartments. These services can help you save on energy costs, make your home comfortable and more energy efficient.

    Bill discount

    Our Low Income Bill Assistance program (LIBA) provides a bill discount to income eligible households year-round. The program is administered through the LIHEAP agency partners.

    Project HELP is a nonprofit program providing energy assistance with donated funds. To see if you qualify, call the agency in your area:

    Weatherization services

    Local agencies provide free weatherization services to income-qualifying homeowners and renters living in single-family homes, mobile homes or apartments. These services can help you save on energy costs, make your home comfortable and more energy efficient.

    Bill discount (CARE program)

    Income-qualifying residential customers can get a 25% discount on monthly bills through the California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) program.

    Medical Baseline Program

    We offer an assistance program for customers who have additional energy needs for qualifying medical conditions. Qualifying residential customers receive an additional lower rate baseline allowance on their monthly energy bill.

    Pacific Power partners with local community based organizations to provide energy-saving improvements at no cost to income-qualifying homeowners and renters living in single-family homes, mobile homes or apartments. These services can help you save on energy costs and make your home comfortable.
