Saving energy means saving money. Pacific Power has partnered with local agencies to help lower your energy costs by providing free weatherization services to income-qualifying homeowners and renters in single-family homes, mobile homes, or apartments.
The Energy Savings Assistance program offers a variety of energy-saving options designed to lower bills while keeping your home comfortable. Installations include insulation, energy-efficient showerheads, LED bulbs, and more.
You may qualify for ESA if you or a member of your household participates in one or more of the following public assistance programs or meet the specific income guideline qualifications.
