Donate to energy assistance

Everyone needs a helping hand from time to time.

That’s why we support our neighbors and communities through energy assistance programs that help people facing financial hardships with their energy bills.

We contribute $2 for every $1 donated by our customers to energy assistance programs, up to the annual cap by agency. These nonprofit programs include Oregon Energy Fund and Project HELP in California and Washington.

Ongoing support: Enroll in one of our monthly bill donation options – either Fixed Donation, Lend A Hand or Small Change – by calling toll free at 1-888-221-7070.

Contact us to add a fixed amount each month to your bill, matched by Pacific Power.
With Lend A Hand, you can choose to pay a certain dollar amount – either $1, $2, $5 or $10 – over your bill and this amount is donated.
With Small Change, we’ll round your bill up each month to the next whole dollar and donate the change.
