Incentives for customers help advance a clean energy future

Pacific Power’s new Optimal Time Rewards program offers ways for customers in Oregon and Washington to be rewarded for reducing their energy use during peak times. There are two ways to participate in the program, and both make it easy to receive incentives without having to make many changes to a household’s routine or comfort.

By enrolling, participants are helping to use energy more effectively during peak demand periods, which helps keep energy costs down and reduces the strain on the grid during peak hours.
