We recently filed with the California Public Utilities Commission a motion to approve a settlement agreement that would suspend our Wattsmart Business and Wattsmart Homes energy efficiency programs in California effective December 31, 2026. After working with stakeholders to continue the programs, the programs are no longer cost effective.

For Wattsmart Business projects on our common upgrades incentive lists, eligible equipment must be purchased and installed by November 15, 2026. Applications and all required documentation must be submitted by November 30, 2026.
