Pacific Power will use an independent, third-party grant manager to review and score projects based on established criteria outlined below. Pacific Power will make final selection decisions based on the individual applicant scoring, as well as considerations to ensure a balanced selection of awards aligned with requirements from the Washington Department of Ecology and the Transportation Electrification Plan.
