YREKA, Cal. — Pacific Power customers have a simple way to make a real difference close to home, and this year their gifts go twice as far. Pacific Power will match donations to Project Help 1-for-1, up to $7,000, helping local families keep their homes powered and their budgets on track.
How to give
Donations may be tax-deductible and go directly to Project HELP, a nonprofit energy assistance program run by The Salvation Army. Project HELP confirms eligibility and distributes the funds. Every dollar stays in Northern California, supporting neighbors in their own community.
Pacific Power is also here to help customers directly. Anyone who wants support managing their bill can call 1-888-221-7070. Pacific Power representatives can set up a payment plan that fits their needs and connect them with local agencies that offer additional help.
