Pacific Power provides a Level-Based Income-Qualified Discount (LID) for eligible customers who can self-attest to a household income of 60% or less of State Median Income. Pacific Power wants to provide meaningful support for customers who are experiencing financial difficulties, and has added the flexibility of receiving payments up to twice per year to help maximize this support.

For Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers receiving forgiveness, the forgiveness can be split up into two equal payments.

Further, the program year for forgiveness grants resets every October 1. This means if you continue to experience financial hardship you may qualify for a new grant the following program year (October 1 through September 30 of every year).

Tier 1 customers may choose to receive a credit up to $500 or 2 equal credits of up to $250.

Tier 2 customers may choose to receive a credit up to $250 or 2 equal credits of up to $125.

Forgiveness grants are only applied to past-due balances.
