REQUIREMENTS

  • Time of Use enrollment required for small non-residential customers (a consumer whose demand has not exceed 30 KW or more within the preceding 13 months). Time varying schedules include Schedule 29 and Schedule 210.
  • Some chargers require software to qualify.

    • IRS Form W-9
    • Data Release Form
    • Itemized invoice
    • Photos of installation
    • Photo of each charger nameplate with serial number
    • Photos of applicable permits
