Incentives are available to Oregon businesses, communities and multifamily properties. Chargers must be installed behind a non-residential meter to be eligible.

75% of qualified costs, up to $3,500 per port

100% of qualified costs, up to $4,500 per port

Charging rate < 150 kW per port

75% of qualified costs, up to $15,000 per port

Charging rate >= 150 kW per port

75% of qualified costs, up to $30,000 per port

ELIGIBILITY

Be a Pacific Power customer in Oregon installing EV chargers behind a non-residential meter.
Multifamily properties must have three or more units and be a primary residence.
Small businesses are facilities less than 20,000 square feet or that employ 20 or fewer employees at the charger installation location.
Buy and install commercial electric vehicle charging equipment that qualifies on the Pacific Power approved list.
Submit a rebate application within one year of the date of purchase.
Maximum incentive is $100,000 per site. Requests above $100,000 must be pre-approved.

REQUIREMENTS

Required documentation

IRS Form W-9 (Rev. March 2024): The March 2024 version is required. If the wrong W-9 form is submitted, an updated version will be requested and it may delay incentive processing.
Data Release Agreement
Itemized invoices. Invoices should cover charger(s), electrical and site upgrade costs, when applicable. Final invoices are required; quotes are not accepted.
