Charge at home rebates

Get up to $500, capped at 75% of total costs, for level 2 home charging equipment. 

REBATES

  • Hardwired level 2 chargers: Up to $500, capped at 75% of total costs
  • 240-volt home EV charging: Up to $250, capped at 75% of costs

Income qualified customers can receive up to $1,500 (see below). 

ELIGIBILITY

  • Be a Pacific Power residential customer
  • Own or lease an EV or plug-in hybrid
  • Will be automatically enrolled in our Time of Use program. Income-eligible customers are exempt and will not be automatically enrolled.
  • Submit a rebate application within one year of the date of purchase
  • Install a qualified charger
  • All equipment must be installed by a licensed electrician

REQUIREMENTS    

Before applying for a rebate, customers will need the following documents:

  • Product receipt, including date of purchase and amount paid
  • Installation invoice
  • Permits (if applicable)
  • Photo of installed charger
  • Photo serial number and model number
  • Photo of electric panel and back panel

Charge at home rebates for income-eligible customers

Get up to $1,500 for home charging equipment for income-qualifying customers.

REBATES

  • Hardwired level 2 chargers: Up to $1,500 (no cap on percentage of costs paid)
  • 240-volt home EV charging: Up to $500

ELIGIBILITY

  • Be an income-qualified Pacific Power residential customer
  • Own or lease an EV or plug-in hybrid
  • Submit a rebate application within one year of the date of purchase
  • Install a qualified charger
  • All equipment must be install by a licensed electrician
  • Income-eligible customers are not required to enroll in the Time of Use program.

  • b. Did you receive a Charge Ahead rebate?
  • c. If not, you will need to complete income verification form and provide proof of income
